CDC Properties, Inc., as a housing developer, operates on the premise that affordable housing and homeownership are key to building healthy, sustainable communities.
The corporation’s efforts to promote homeownership include the acquisition and completion of the Hampton Club, a 124-unit condominium development project in New Brunswick abandoned by its previous developer because of its poor conditions. Today, the Hampton Club is occupied by a mix of 80 percent owners and 20 percent renters.
With comprehensive, cohesive, and capacity-driven solutions, CDC Properties, Inc. is joining forces with others to develop housing to:

Faith, Bricks & Mortar is a certified Community Housing Development Organization which operates as an affordable housing resource center for Union County and Central Jersey.
The HOME Investment Partnership Program, under the Principal Jurisdiction of Union County has afforded Faith, Bricks & Mortar the opportunity to use its skills and resources to create homeownership opportunities for families seeking affordable housing in Union County.
Over the past four years, the Down Payment Assistance program has helped many families who are now enjoying the privilege of homeownership.
